PRINCIPAL'S CORNER
February is the shortest month, but it is a month full of great love. As a Catholic School we get to celebrate all the love in our lives through Catholic School’s Week, Valentine’s Day and Kindness Week.
As we prepare for our Catholic School’s Week next week I am honoured to be one of the educators in our fine system who is able to pour out our love for our students. We will celebrate our Catholic Schools Week and prepare for our Art Show on Wednesday, we are reminded of all the love that is in our community.

BASKETBALL SEASON
This week we had multiple basketball tournaments and our students shined with their skills and sportsmanship on and off the court.

MUNCHALUNCH - OPEN FOR ORDERING
Munchalunch is open for ordering from now till Spring Break. A reminder that the deadline to order hot lunch is every Wednesday at 7am for the following week.
COLD WEATHER REMINDER
We had a snow day this week! Please check the website on snowy days to see if we are open. We will update the website by 7am to reflect whether school will be in session.
We will be going outside on sunny days if we can, please dress your children for the weather. Snow boots, warm hats, warm coats, and gloves will keep your child warm and happy outside!
GRADE SEVEN FUNDRAISING
ST. JUDE SCHOOL ART SHOW AND OPEN HOUSE
We at St. Jude School are overjoyed to announce that we are planning an Art Show and Open House for Catholic Schools Week, February 12. The Open House will run after mass from 10am-3pm. We will have the gym open with the art displays until 6pm in the evening.
This celebration of our students’ individual talents is titled “In His Image: A Celebration of Unity.” Please keep an eye on the newsletter as more info will be released soon!
